William ["Willie"] GRIGOR, b. 1886 Edinburgh; 1906 [1909?] travelled with brother Jimmie to Chile (Punta Arenas); shepherd in Tierra del Fuego, working for a "British" company; 1915 at Rio Maclellan (SETF); self-taught musician; unmarried; 1952 returned to Scotland; d. c1970 Edinburgh.
